什么是重新考虑？(second thoughts?)
再三考虑意味着重新考虑先前决定的问题。这是做出决定时的一种自然反应，尤其是在快速做出选择或没有掌握所有信息的情况下。第二个想法可能是好的，也可能是坏的，这取决于情况；虽然有时反思一个问题可以让你更清楚地了解自己的真实感受，但它也可以分散你出于恐惧或焦虑而产生的自然冲动和欲望。

最初做决定时要小心，这有助于避免痛苦的二次思考。当你生病、喝醉或有其他障碍时，尽量不要做出严肃的决定。当你面临压力做出重大决定时，也要避免做出重大决定；外部压力会导致你忽视自己的感受，从而让压力停止。在上述任何一种情况下做出的计划或选择都可能不是用你最好的机智思考能力做出的。花点时间做决定，你更有可能根据自己的愿望和需要做出选择。。
