什么是加拿大议会的结构？(the structure of the parliament in canada?)
加拿大下议院有338个席位，称为议会议员或下院议员，由加拿大选民直接选举产生。每个议员代表一个选区，通常称为选区。议员的作用是为选民解决各种各样的联邦政府问题。
议会结构
加拿大议会是加拿大的联邦立法机构，位于安大略省的渥太华首都。该机构由三部分组成：君主，在本案中，是由总督代表的英国在位君主；还有两栋房子。上议院是参议院，下议院是下议院。总督根据加拿大总理的建议，召集并任命105名参议员。
这种形式是从英国继承下来的，因此是英国威斯敏斯特议会几乎相同的副本。
根据宪法惯例，下议院是议会的主要分支，而参议院和君主很少反对下议院的意愿。参议院从较少的党派立场审查立法，君主或总督提供必要的王室批准，使法案成为法律。总督还召集议会，总督或君主解散议会或结束议会会议，从而发起大选。
下议院
只有下议院的议员才被称为议员。该术语从未适用于参议员，即使参议院是议会的一部分。虽然在立法上权力较小，但参议员在国家优先顺序中占据更高的位置。任何个人不得同时在议会一个以上的议院任职。
要竞选下议院338个席位中的一个席位，个人必须年满18岁，每个获胜者都要任职，直到议会解散，然后他们可以寻求连任。根据每次人口普查的结果，定期对这些数据进行重组。每个省的议员人数至少和它的参议员人数一样多。这项立法的存在使下议院的规模超过了282个席位的最低要求。
