什么是无线设备？(a wireless device?)
无线设备可以指不需要物理导线将信息中继到另一设备的任何类型的通信设备。配有接收器的无线耳机使用射频（RF）或红外技术与连接到声源（如电视）的发射器进行通信。然而，在大多数情况下，当有人提到无线设备时，他们指的是一种网络设备，它可以将数据传送到其他无线网络设备，而无需进行物理连接。
在当今世界，人们非常重视保持与互联网和彼此的连接，有几种类型的无线技术。在家庭和办公室，内置调制解调器、集线器和交换机的无线路由器广播局域网（LAN），供该地区的计算机加入。广播距离因许多因素而变化很大，但局域网的跨度通常为300英尺（91.44米）或更大。网络上的任何计算机都可以共享连接到网络的资源，包括高速互联网连接、打印机或其他办公设备。

另一种类型的无线设备可能是个人区域网（PAN）的一部分。PAN采用Bluetooth®（蓝牙）技术创建，设计用于在短短几英尺的短距离内连接个人数字设备，但标准可延伸至30英尺（9.14米）。
