什么是技术研发？(technology research and development?)
技术研发是指发明、设计、改进和建造新型产品、设备和机械。高技能的科学家和工程师对医疗设备、消费电子产品、工业机器、发电机、计算机和其他任何现代设备进行技术研究和开发。专业人士在许多不同的环境中进行研究，包括工程公司、生物技术公司、制造厂、大学实验室和私人商店。
