什么是井控？(well control?)
井控是控制井筒周围条件的一系列程序，目的是在保护环境健康和工人安全的同时提取有用材料。执行石油和天然气钻井、勘探及相关任务的公司必须遵守与井控相关的区域法律，包括向检查员提供有关其使用程序的信息。检查员可以在任何时候对油井进行突击检查，并按计划进行定期检查。。
井控有两个独立的组成部分：主动和被动措施。主动措施包括监测井筒条件并对设备进行调整，而被动措施则需要使用防喷器等静态设备，以防止出现紧急情况。这有助于把油井想象成汽车。如果石油公司是驾驶员，主动措施是调整车辆加速度等活动，而被动措施是安全带等，以防止驾驶员在发生事故时撞向车窗。。
在石油公司开始钻探之前，他们仔细绘制了该地区的地质构造图，并在工程师的协助下制定了井控计划。在勘探过程中，这些工程师监测井内的压力水平，并采集样本，以检查不稳定土壤或危险物质沉积等问题。随着石油公司建立永久性井筒，工程师们设计出合适的井控系统，如压力监测器和控制压力的阀门。他们还采取了被动措施。。

政府机构通常负责制定井控标准，并通过检查、推广和教育来执行这些标准。这些机构维护安全统计数据，并定期对其进行评估，以确定新兴行业趋势和关注领域。安全记录不佳的公司可能会被撤销或暂停其石油和天然气租约，直到他们能够制定一项改革安全程序的计划。他们还可能因污染或违反职业健康安全规定而被罚款。。
