什么是地址验证系统？(the address verification system?)

使用地址验证系统的公司通常会向消费者询问正在使用的信用卡的账单地址。街道地址和邮政编码的数值几乎会在瞬间与信用卡公司的档案记录进行对比。如果数字不匹配，交易可能会被拒绝。如果根本不使用地址验证系统，交易也可能被拒绝。
