- 1使用多用途或口腔数字温度计。一些数字温度计设计用于直肠、口腔或腋窝，而另一些则专门用于口腔。任何一种温度计都能给出准确的读数。你可以在药店找到数字温度计。如果你有一个旧的玻璃温度计，最好停止使用。玻璃温度计现在被认为是不安全的，因为它们含有汞，触摸时有毒。如果温度计坏了，你将面临危险的情况。
