什么是控制权的转移？(a transfer of control?)
通常，控制权的转移是组织或合同变更的一部分。控制方放弃对组织或特定资产的控制，从而将控制权转移给新的一方。各方之间控制权转让的方式因交易而异。
控制权的合同转让记录在协议中。这些类型的控制权变更可能在协议中定义，也可能因法律要求而发生。监管可能会随着时间的推移而改变，从而为特定资产设定新的要求。这些变更的需求可能会迫使一个组织或该组织的一项资产进行控制权转移。

控制权的转让也可能只是作为交易的一部分进行谈判。一方可能拥有其选择出售给另一方的特定资产。交易协议规定了卖方将其资产控制权转让给买方的条款。购买方在完成协议规定的要求后获得对该资产的控制权。
