什么是研发管理？(research and development management?)
研究与开发（R&D）管理涉及监督和控制某一公司的研究与开发部门。研发是开发新想法的过程，目的是为这些想法申请专利、营销或销售。研究和开发存在于许多行业，但最常见的是技术行业和制药行业，在这些行业中，始终需要更新、更好和更具创新性的项目，必须进行更广泛的研究和工作，使这些产品成为功能性的现实。。
研究和开发管理涉及到许多不同的方面，这取决于所从事的行业和项目类型。研发管理的主要组成部分之一是监督、管理和分配分配分配给特定研究项目的预算。研究及发展,；D、 当由营利性公司进行时，设计用于生产在获得专利或出售时对公司有利的产品。

研发管理还包括监督研发过程，确保所有要求都得到遵守。这一点在制药行业尤为重要，因为在批准药品使用和销售之前，政府通常会实施严格的控制。例如，在美国，食品和药物管理局（FDA）规定了药物必须如何测试的标准，并要求在药物获得批准之前进行一定数量的临床试验。研发管理需要监督项目，以确保没有研发；D过程违反了与人体试验相关的法律。他们还确保保存足够的记录，以便在申请药物批准时将记录提交给FDA。。
