什么是商务语法的原则？(the principles of business grammar?)
写作教育文本、个人信函和商务沟通材料有相似的语法原则，但也有差异。虽然传统语法很重要，但商务语法中一些最重要的原则与交际的专业语调和内涵有关。
商务语法的首要原则之一是检查语法的准确性和错误。幸运的是，有一些工具可以帮助自动检查这一点。语法检查软件几乎适用于任何类型的文字处理程序。由于任何一个人都很难了解所有的语法规则，因此该软件有助于捕捉可能会给公司带来尴尬错误的语法错误。

商务语法原则也规定了商务信函的处理。例如，企业通过广泛的校对过程发送业务通信是明智的。明智的做法是，在一篇文章作为内部或外部交流形式发表之前，至少有两个人来复习它的拼写和语法。如果可能的话，至少应该有三个人复习这篇文章，检查语法和拼写错误，以及信息的准确性。
